On behalf of the White Oak Landing Board of Directors, we wish you a fun-filled summer season here and hope that you will enjoy a safe and relaxing visit to the neighborhood pool open for all our homeowners and their immediate families that are current on assessments. Please take a few minutes to read this newsletter, as pool access has changed. In it you will find the pool opening hours, contact information and important reminders. With your support we are confident that the 2021 swim season will be enjoyable for everyone.
Pool Access Card(s)
In order to obtain your pool access card, the resident(s) must submit the Members Access Registration Form to Inframark either by US mail or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) Upon receipt, the key fobs will be mailed out within 3-5 business days.
To gain access to the pool you will need to bring a key fob with you to the pool, then scan the key fob against the black box attached to the pool gate. In the event you sell your home, please make sure to pass these fobs along to the new owner(s).
Replacements for lost or damaged card(s) will be available from Inframark (our management company) for a fee of $15.00 each payable to White Oak Landing HOA via US mail (check or money order ONLY)
Pool Rules and Guest Procedures
Anyone who wants to enter the pool area must do the following:
- Active Key Fob, if you card does not open the pool gate you will not be allowed access
- Resident(s) and Guest(s) must watch your children at all times
- Maximum of four (4) guests PER KEY FOB
- All swimmers under the age of 14 must be accompanies by Adult(s), who is/are 21 years old or older, at all times.
- Gate shall be closed at ALL TIMES. Person(s) inside the pool area ARE NOT PERMITTED to open the gate for another person. An authorized and active access card must be used to enter the pool area.
- Absolutely NO: Glass containers, Running, Horseplay, Diving, Pets, Pushing, Loud Music, Offensive/Abusive Language or Behavior, Alcohol or Smoking of any kind will be tolerated within pool area.
- Approved swimming/bathing suits and/or special swim-type diapers must be worn at all times.
- All patrons must clean up after themselves.
- Non-proficient swimmers must be supervised by competent swimmers.
- All persons must exit the pool area at 8:00 pm.
