Board of Directors Meeting(s)
Date: 4th Thursday of every month
Time: 6:30PM

Almost every homeowner in the neighborhood is a member of the Homeowner Association. HOA membership carries certain responsibilities outlined in the covenants, deed restrictions and guidelines accepted at your property purchase closing.
In 2011 this was amended: Additional Dedicatory Instruments for White Oak Landing, Section III Community Improvement Association
The HOA meetings are held periodically and notifications will be sent by an email "blast" to any resident who provides an email address to the management company. Contact PCMI, Melissa Klak @ 281-870-0585 with questions, issues, or to register your email address.
Your Board of Directors:
These special neighbors have more than the usual amount of interest in what's going on and actively take part in decisions about the neighborhood and its improvement. They are involved neighbors and their sacrifice is appreciated.
- Cathleen Neagli
- Diana McShan-Ashford

- Ryan Rodriguez
Positions: President - Vice-President - Treasurer - Secretary - Member at Large
Terms:
Board Member terms are 3 years long and are staggered over a five year time span. Elections are held for at least one member every year at the annual meeting in October.

****WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER TO HANDLE MARQUEE POSTINGS. *****
The marquee at the front entry of the neighborhood is for communicating updated information to all and for messages based on suggestions from neighbors and upcoming events. It's a good vehicle for getting the word out about upcoming or current events, celebrations, pool closings, lost animals, etc.
The marquee is for all WOL Homeowners Association members.
Since the HOA doesn’t pay for a regularly published newsletter, the marquee has been the only way besides a costly mailing that residents can be notified of upcoming events or important issues. Because the HOA pays for its maintenance, the marquee is an amenity of the WOL Homeowners Association. As such, messages pertaining to WOL issues take priority over personal requests and residents requesting a message must have HOA dues paid in full.
Pete and Kim Tevlin were the caretakers of the marquee for several years. Stewart Angst took over the Marquee in Dec. 2011. Thank you Stewart! Fritz Lang and Michelle Short have volunteered! Pete and Kim Tevlin are performing the updates lately, 2020-2021.
We'll try to honor all requests. Recognize that it sometimes becomes loaded and that requests for personal messages are posted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please go to www.whiteoaklanding.com and click on “Marquee” to request your message.
On the web form, be sure to fill in street address and e-mail address so you can be contacted if there is a problem or question regarding your request. Also please make your request at least one week in advance or longer if possible.
